– Rates are per night per villa.
– Extra beds can be arranged with additional charge at USD 35++ per person per night (includes breakfast).
– During the Peak Season period, it is required to book the entire villa (5 bedrooms).
– If you would like to hold an event or function at the villa, please inform management in advance, otherwise your event/function will not be allowed.
Rates above are inclusive of the following benefits:
– Daily breakfast (continental or Indonesian)
– One time round trip airport transfer per booking (The 5 bedroom villa includes two round trip airport transfers.)
– Welcome drinks, tropical fresh fruit and cold towels upon arrival
– Welcome fruit basket
– Flower arrangement
– Full staff including private chef, maids and house manager
– Drinking water
– Free Unlimited high speed internet connection WI-FI (personal laptop is required)
– Complimentary member access to Finns Recreation Club & Finns Beach Club Canggu
– Food and Beverages are charged at cost price (based on supermarket receipt) for regular dining not including parties and functions which are priced on a case by case basis.
Minimum stay required:
Low Season : 2 nights, High Season : 3 nights, Peak Season : 5 nights
Villa Capacity:
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: the 2 bedroom villa maximum occupancy is 4 adults. The 3 bedroom villa maximum occupancy is up to 6 adults. The 5 bedroom villa maximum capacity is 10 adults. If you wish to have additional guests or functions at the villa, you should inform villa management in advance, otherwise the booking will not be accepted without prior confirmation.
Check-in and Check-out Times:
– Check-in time : 14:00
– Check-out time : 12:00
– In cases where there is no other booking for the same day, management may extend the check-out time until 15:00. Late check-out until 18:00 is subject to availability with an additional charge of 50% of one night rate. A full one night rate will be applied for check out after 18:00.
Terms & Booking Conditions:
– The villa don’t accepted payment with bank transfer without notify the property official phone call prior.
– A 50% deposit will be charged after reservation, the balance due can be settled upon check-in at the villa.
– Rates of US Dollars will be converted into IDR (Rupiah) which will be calculated using prevailing internet exchange rate on the day of transaction.
– The authorization will under The Amarta Villa on behalf of Villa Teresa sister company.
Cancellation Policy:
– The booking will be free of charged, if the reservation is cancelled at 60 days before arrival.
– If the reservation cancelled less than 60 days then the deposit will be forfeited.
– If doesn’t show-up then will be charged the total price of the reservation.
Liability:
Be aware that all villa clients will be asked to sign a waiver of liability and a credit card authorization form which will allow the villa to charge the card for damages and any additional charges that the clients incur while at the villa.
