Payment Methods

Methods to proceeding the payment with credit card:
1. We provided credit card facility which only accepted Visa & Master Card. The payment use a credit card is subject 3% from the total transaction value since the villa rental rate are exclude from credit card machine administration fees.
2. All Credit Card payments are required to converted from US Dollars into local currency (IDR) which will calculated as per exchange rates on the day of transaction according of Bank issue requirements.
3. We also accepted in cash payment via Bank Telegraphic Transfer (TT), and if the payment settlement via TT that mean we should received in full guarantee base on amount as stated on invoice which all Bank correspondents fees should borne to the clients.
4. Payments by Traveler's Cheque, other currencies or personal cheques will not be accepted. The payment use a Credit Card then we have to send a debit authorization form which is required to completed all empty fields and returned to us with required back-up
documents such as follow:
- a photocopy of your Credit Card, front and back side with Credit card numbers printed clearly
- a photo copy passport from card holder only first page
- a signed Debit Authorization Form
