The 3-bedroom villa is set on 3,000 sqm of beachfront-land. When you enter the villa, you will be greeted by the beautiful fish pond and spacious contemporary fully-equipped kitchen.
The kitchen is linking up to the two-storey main building comprising an open dining room with 10 seats and an open lounge overlooking the garden and a large private pool has size 5 X 15 meters. From the dining area there is a stairway to lead you up to the second air-conditioned lounge (Cognac room) with sofa, daybed and a balcony overlooking the garden, swimming pool, riverside, and the ocean where you can watch the most enchanting sunset. The Cognac room is surrounded by the glass floor-to-ceiling windows give anyone a chance to adore the spectacular ocean view.
The first bedroom is Master Bedroom. The guests staying here will be spoiled by the four-foster king-sized bed, AC, mosquito net, satellite Plasma TV with DVD/CD Player, ensuite bathroom consisting of semi-outdoor bathtub, 2 showers (outdoor and indoor/hot and cold water), hand-basin, safety box, walk-in dressing area, wardrobe, bathroom amenities, and the tasteful furniture combined with the antiques and high-quality local ornaments. The Master Bedroom is attached by a private balcony overlooking the river a longside the villa and the beach.
The second bedroom is Japanese Bedroom. Honeymooners would like to stay here as the shape and striking beach view have made the room a place where togetherness would remain highly valued. The Japanese room is complemented with king-sized bed, AC, safety box, satellite Plasma TV with DVD/CD Player, walk-in dressing area, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom with large terrazzo semi-ourdoor bathtub, outdoor shower (cold and hot water). A private balcony overlooking the river is enclosed as a space where a couple can find inner peace.
The third bedroom is Balinese Bedroom. The guests will take advantage from the genuine Balinese theme that the room has to offer. A four-poster king-sized bed, AC, mosquito net, satellite Plasma TV with DVD/CD Player, walk-in dressing area, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom, large terrazzo open-space bathtub, outdoor shower (cold and hot water) and garden in the bath room. The touch of Balinese living ambiance is apparently seen from its refined Balinese carved doors, ornaments, and antiques.
